Does this guarantee more sales?
No. We make it clearer to present products and receive enquiries. Sales also depend on your offer, prices, traffic and customer service.
What happens to my deposit?
The AUD 39 deposit is credited towards the AUD 390 total and is refundable until production begins. The AUD 351 balance is due before production. After completing payment in Stripe, choose your meeting time.
What do I need to provide?
Your business name, photos you have permission to use, prices, options, availability, delivery areas and WhatsApp number. You approve the information before publication.
Can we discuss a different project?
Yes. For web development or automation outside this pilot, you can book a free discovery call. That call does not reserve the paid pilot.
What do I pay now and later?
The pilot costs AUD 390: pay AUD 39 upfront and AUD 351 before production. Includes 3 months of hosting from handover. Afterwards you can choose AUD 15/month or AUD 150/year. We do not activate a subscription or charge renewals without your agreement. Domain registration is separate.
What are a domain and hosting?
Your domain is your address, such as yourbusiness.com.au; it is registered in your name and renewed with the provider. Allow an indicative AUD 20–40/year for a standard domain; final pricing, promotions, renewals and eligibility depend on extension and provider. Premium domains are outside that range. Hosting is where your website runs. If you already have both, we check compatibility before starting.
What does hosting include, and can I leave?
Includes hosting for the pilot catalogue, HTTPS, backups and basic hosting maintenance. Content changes, new features, business email and paid third-party services are excluded. No minimum term: cancel before the next period and request a copy of your website and materials. We agree the end or transfer date in writing so you can plan.
Is this a platform like Kelle?
Kelle demonstrates a larger project. The AUD 390 pilot includes a catalogue of up to 8 products or bundles, WhatsApp enquiries, 6 promotional graphics using your photos, ES/EN copy, response templates, one revision round and a usage guide. Integrated booking, customer payments, user accounts and custom automations require a separate quote.
How do I get from enquiry to delivery?
First see an indicative estimate without giving contact details. To continue, submit your enquiry and optionally book a free 30-minute call. For the pilot, check suitability, accept the terms, pay AUD 39 through Stripe and choose your meeting. We confirm scope and external costs, receive your materials and balance, then start. Expected delivery is 5 business days after everything is ready. You review and approve before launch.
Who receives my enquiry and where is my data?
Patricio receives an email notice and your enquiry is stored in ByPat and HubSpot for follow-up. If you book, Google Calendar sends an invitation with Meet; check that you received the date and link. Stripe processes payments. Read the privacy policy or email hello@bypat.com.au to access, correct or request deletion of your information.
